I can’t even tell you how you need to stay away from this dealership! They are a hook line and switch! They will lie to you! Rip you off! Have you sign a contract and a week later tell you to come back and tell you there is a problem you need to come in and sign a new contract! Tyler, Jon and chandler! Not to mention Linda. Well now Jon is gone chandler is no longer a sales person I wonder why. Because now a year later I have a $459.00 bill they promised to pay they signed said they would pay taxes on the car if I bought the new car. They never paid. It’s now in collections. I’ve emailed! Called corporate. Nothing! I contacted the Attorney General! However how far is that going to get me! I am going to have to go there. I’m a girl so it’s not easy when they ripped me off with this 14 lease. I’m at my wits end. They are horrible people stay away!

Aaron Reel was absolutely wonderful to work with. I ended up getting a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder after he patiently took multiple test drives in a few vehicles. He explained all of the accessories well and personally cleaned the vehicle up for me before I left. He even stayed well after their normal closing time to get it done and get me in the car the same day. Could not say more good things about Aaron and the team at Coyle Nissan.

I took my frontier pro 4X in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted by service rep Jackie. I asked how long it would take and she replied 1 hour. If my timing was correct it was under an hour when Jackie notified me my truck was ready!! Jackie was very pleasant to talk with. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be. The waiting area is very clean and furnishes snacks,coffee, water and bathroom facilities are spotless. Of course I will continue giving a 5 star rating because of the kind staff and service I receive. Thanks again. D. Stine

I dealt with Jordan in sales and Aaron in finance. Long story short don't bother if your from out of state here. They are more interested in pushing their own financing on you and making excuses about it than selling you a car. Then if you want to use your own APPROVED and ready to go financing they just ignore you out right. Well atleast the salesman did. Most unprofessional dealer I've ever dealt with and only 5 hours away from me. Don't bother if your out of state. They won't put forth the effort unless it's on their own terms to put you in a vehicle.

Today I purchased my first Nissan which was a new Altima. I had done some research and saw that Coyle Nissan had a great selection of vehicles. I am very pleased with the service at Coyle. My salesperson Shawn was absolutely wonderful. He is very knowledgeable with the inventory and the features of each model. There was no pressure at all and the pricing was clear and precise. I was searching for a new vehicle and went to Coyle Nissan. I let the salesperson know I had pre-approval from my credit union. I found a car that I liked and when it came time for financing I was told they could beat my credit unions interest rate which turned out to be false. The finance guy wanted a down payment and I was told without a down payment I would be charged a 15% interest rate. Not only did they not beat the credit union interest rate I am stuck with a unnecessary hard inquiry on my credit that obviously caused my score to drop! I was treated as though I was desperate for a car and I will NEVER return to Coyle Nissan nor will I EVER recommend them to ANYONE Iknow!!! A total waste of time and energy!! If I could give negative stars I would!

I would never deal with dealership again My son has a lease car. They kept contacting him to turn in early and get a new lease. The salesperson told him he could get a SUV for the same price he was paying $265 month My son took a day off work to go I there He has made appt with salesperson and she wasn’t even there when he got there Then they tried to tell him it would be $450 month instead of $275 plus they wanted him to put money down. Salesperson (Linda Overall) had told him no money down I am very disappointed in this dealership Would not recommend at all They had called him and emailed him almost daily until he came in there He will be leading a car from a different dealership

Not a honest business, dealer rater must be paid off by dealers to delete posts, never buy a car there unless you want to be ripped off.

This was my second service visit since I purchased my car. My service adviser, Jackie Marriott was awesome, she explained needed services clearly and everything that was done was completed in a very timely manner.

This was by far the easiest dealership to work with. Best price in town. The whole process went smooth. I just sent my daughter to buy her first car. Shawn was the best!!!
